Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/2 onion
    1 qt. ketchup
    3 to 5 lb. pork roast
Preparation
    Cook pork roast in crock-pot until done.
    Take out of pot, cut up, pour broth from roast away.
    Mix mustard, celery seed, cloves, brown sugar, vinegar, onion and ketchup together in a saucepan. Simmer 20 minutes.
    Take cut up roast, put back in crock-pot. Pour sauce over meat.
    Cook 2 to 3 hours in crock-pot.
