Barbecue Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    1 onion
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. catsup
Preparation
    Salt and pepper pork chops.
    Pour lemon juice on both sides and top with sliced onion.
    Sprinkle sugar and Worcestershire on chops.
    Top with catsup.
    Cook 1 1/2 hours, covered, at 375\u00b0.
