Chicken And Red Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. uncooked regular rice
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1 (2.8 oz.) can Durkee French fried onions
    4 chicken breast halves, fat trimmed and skinned if desired
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
    1 1/4 c. water
    2 1/2 c. cubed 1-inch cooked chicken
    2 c. cooked long grain rice
    1 c. milk
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of celery soup
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. chow mein noodles
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In large bowl, stir together all ingredients, except chow mein noodles.
    Spoon into 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
    Bake for 30 minutes.
    Sprinkle with chow mein noodles.
    Continue baking for 15 to 20 minutes or until heated through.
    Yields 6 servings.
