Family Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. nonfat dry milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. each: pepper, powdered mustard, celery salt, garlic salt and sage
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    3/4 c. catsup
    bread crumbs to equal 2 slices of bread
    1 onion, minced
Preparation
    Sprinkle meat with dry milk thoroughly.
    Add other ingredients and mix well (mixture will be sticky).
    Place in lightly greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Bake, uncovered, in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours.
