Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pie crusts
    fresh strawberries with sugar to taste
    1 c. water
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 pkg. strawberry Jell-o
    1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
Preparation
    Bake crusts and fill with sweetened strawberries.
    Combine in saucepan, water, sugar, salt and cornstarch.
    Cook until thick and clear.
    Remove from heat.
    Add 1/2 package of strawberry Jell-o. Cool and pour over fresh strawberries that have been sweetened to taste.
    Add Cool Whip before serving.
