Fried Bass Meuniere - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. dressed, skinned bass
    1/3 c. cornmeal
    1/3 c. flour
    salt and pepper
    5 Tbsp. margarine
    parsley
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Dredge the fish in a mixture of cornmeal, flour, salt and pepper.
    Fry slowly in margarine or cooking oil until browned. Remove the fish and garnish with parsley.
    Stir the vinegar into the fat in which the fish were fried and pour this over the fish.
