Low Calorie Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. plain low-fat yogurt
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1/4 tsp. dill
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    3 or 4 chopped green onions
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Blend all in a blender until smooth.
    Refrigerate for a while before using to allow flavors to blend.
