Rhubarb Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sifted flour
    1 c. packed brown sugar
    3/4 c. oatmeal (quick)
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In pan, combine sugar, cornstarch, water and vanilla.
    Cook until thick and clear.
    Pour over rhubarb.
    Top with remaining crumbs. Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
