Lemon Garlic Chicken Or Veal - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken cutlets or 1 lb. veal cutlets
    1 whole lemon
    5 to 6 chopped garlic cloves
    1 tsp. parsley
    2 c. white wine
Preparation
    Place cutlets in frying pan and add white wine, garlic, 2 tablespoons lemon juice and sprinkle with parsley.
    Simmer on low heat for 15 minutes each side.
    Serve with remaining lemon, cut in wedges.
