Chilies And Sausage Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 uncooked 8-inch pie shells
1 (7 oz.) can whole green chilies
1 lb. hot, bulk sausage, cooked and crumbled
4 eggs, lightly beaten
2 c. half and half
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Line bottom of pie shells with split and seeded whole green chilies. Sprinkle sausage over chilies. Combine eggs, cheeses and seasonings.
Pour over sausage. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until top is golden brown. Remove from oven and allow to set 5 minutes before serving. Serves 8.
