Cabbage Rolls With Seasoned Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large outer cabbage leaves
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (8 oz.) can low-sodium tomato sauce
    2 c. cooked brown rice
Preparation
    Bring a pot of water to boil.
    Drop in the cabbage leaves and cook 3 minutes; drain.
    In a skillet, cook the onion, stirring in a small amount of water over medium heat until limp, 5 to 10 minutes.
    Stir in the nutmeg, salt, half of the tomato sauce and 1 cup rice.
    Divide the rice mixture among the cabbage leaves; roll up and fasten with toothpicks.
