Irish Soda Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour, sifted
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 stick butter, melted and cooled
    1 1/2 c. raisins
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Sift together flour, sugar and other dry ingredients.
    Sift three times.
    Stir in raisins.
    Combine remaining wet ingredients together.
    Add liquid mixture to dry mixture and mix until moistened.
    Pour into greased (bottom and sides) pan.
    Use a large bread pan or a 9 x 9-inch casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 3/4 to one hour.
