Chili And Then Some(Abundance And Goodness) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans Goya red kidney beans, drained
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. Italian hot sausage, skinned
    2 Tbsp. Goya olive oil
    2 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    3 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    2 bay leaves
    2 tsp. ground cumin
    3 c. canned tomatoes in puree
    1 c. beef broth
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Heat oil in heavy skillet.
    Add meat and brown.
    Add remaining ingredients, except beans; blend well.
    Bring to boil and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring frequently.
    Add beans; simmer 15 minutes longer.
    Yields 8 servings.
