Chow Mein Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can chicken rice soup
    1 small can Carnation milk
    1 large can chow mein noodles
    1/3 c. diced celery
    3 c. chicken breasts and 2 or 3 thighs
Preparation
    Simmer chicken in small amount of water; strip meat from bones and chop into chunks.
    Blend all ingredients.
    Bake for 1 hour at 375\u00b0.
