Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. sugar
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/4 c. cooking oil
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, drained
    1 c. nuts (if desired)
Preparation
    Sift all dry ingredients in large mixing bowl.
    Add pecans; mix.
    Make a well in center.
    Mix remaining ingredients; stir. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans.
    Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Enjoy.
