Salmon Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 can salmon
1 qt. scalded milk
2 Tbsp. butter
4 Tbsp. flour (optional)
1 1/2 tsp. salt
sprinkle of pepper
Preparation

Drain the oil from salmon.
Remove skin and bones; crumble the salmon and add gradually to seasoned hot milk.
If thickening preferred, make a thin paste with the flour and add.
