Pork Chops And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    3 c. tomato juice
    1 onion, sliced
    4 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. rice
Preparation
    Brown pork chops in bottom of deep wall cooker.
    Add juice, onion, pepper, salt and rice.
    When steaming, cut to low heat for about 45 minutes.
