Ingredients

3 1/3 c. (10 oz.) flaked coconut
1 c. (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
dash of salt
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. almond extract
23 glazed cherries, cut in half (optional)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease two large cookie sheets; set aside.
In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients with a spoon until well blended.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheets. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until golden at edges.
Remove immediately from cookie sheets and cool on wire racks.
Add cherry half right before baking, if desired.
Contain 60 calories each.
