Reuben Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can sour kraut, drained
1/4 c. dill pickle, chopped
1/4 c. parsley or cilantro, chopped
6 c. lettuce, (Romaine preferred), chopped
1 1/2 lb. roast beef, chopped
1 1/2 c, swiss cheese, grated
rye bread croutons or toasted rye bread
Preparation

Mix all together.
Layer half of lettuce, half of sour kraut, dill pickle and parsley mix, half of roast beef, half of Swiss cheese and spread with half of the dressing.
Repeat layers and serve sprinkled with rye croutons or with toasted slices of rye bread.
