Virginia'S Steak And Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    tenderized round steak
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 can French onion soup
    1/2 c. water
    flour
    oil
Preparation
    Cut steak into serving size pieces.
    Dredge in flour.
    Sear or brown in skillet with small amount of oil.
    Place in a roaster. Add mixture made from soups and water.
    Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours.
