Banana Split Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. melted margarine
2 eggs
2 c. confectioners sugar
1/2 c. margarine, softened
1 tsp. vanilla extract
4 bananas
1 large can crushed pineapple
16 oz. whipped topping
chopped nuts
12 maraschino cherries
Preparation

Mix graham cracker crumbs and 1/2 cup melted margarine in bowl until crumbly.
Press into 9 x 13-inch dish.
Combine eggs, confectioners sugar, 1/2 cup margarine and vanilla in mixer bowl. Beat for 15 minutes.
Spread over graham cracker layer.
Slice bananas lengthwise.
Layer bananas, pineapple and whipped topping over top.
Sprinkle with nuts.
Place cherries on top to make it pretty.
