Peaches 'N Cream Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding
    3/4 c. Bisquick
    1/2 c. milk
    1 egg
    3 Tbsp. margarine, softened
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 (29 oz.) can sliced peaches (reserve 1/4 c. juice)
    2 tsp. cinnamon-sugar (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix all ingredients, except peaches and cinnamon.
    Beat for 3 minutes.
    Take half of mixture and put in 8-inch baking dish coated with Pam spray.
    Drain and chop peaches. Place in dish on top of mixture.
    Top with remaining mixture. Sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar, if desired.
    Bake for 35 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
