Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. grated potatoes
    1/2 c. melted butter
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. grated onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Place potatoes, butter, eggs, onion, salt and paprika in a bowl and mix well.
    Place in a well-greased baking dish and pour milk over top.
    Bake for 40 minutes.
    Sprinkle with cheese and bake until cheese is melted and lightly browned. Makes 6 servings.
