Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. corn meal
1 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 egg
1/4 c. oil
Preparation

Measure and mix together the dry ingredients.
Add egg, milk and oil.
Mix well, using a spoon.
Pour into a greased 9-inch square pan.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
