Italian Sausage With Tomatoes(Salsiccia Con Pomodoro) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Italian sausage
    1/2 c. tomatoes, chopped
    1 clove garlic
    1/2 tsp. red crushed pepper
    3 sprigs parsley
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
    In large
    skillet
    place sausage.
    Sprinkle tomatoes on top of sausage.
    Add
    garlic, pepper, parsley and olive oil in pan. Cover and cook
    for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Serve with crusty Italian bread, if desired.
