Brown Sugar Pecan Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. soft butter or oleo
2 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
2 eggs
5 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. soda
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Mix butter, sugar and eggs.
Stir in flour, soda, salt and pecans.
Drop by teaspoonful about 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 about 10 minutes.
Makes 5 to 6 dozen.
