Salami Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. Genoa salami, sliced paper-thin
    4 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
Preparation
    Allow cream cheese to soften at room temperature.
    Add garlic powder and hot sauce and mix well.
    Spread cheese.
    Mix thinly on salami slices.
    Roll up and secure with a toothpick.
    Keep chilled until serving time.
