Vatican Style Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. boneless breast of chicken
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can French-style string beans
    1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm Zesty Italian croutons
    1 can Texas style biscuits
Preparation
    Slice chicken into bite size pieces.
    In a large bowl, mix soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, cheese, string beans (drained but leave moist) and mushrooms (drained but moist).
    Put chicken in medium size roaster.
    Pour mixture over chicken.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
    Remove from oven; add 3/4 package croutons, pushing into mixture.
    Top with biscuits.
    Return to oven and bake at 350\u00b0, uncovered, for 20 minutes, until biscuits are brown. Enjoy!
