Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 slices bread
    1 1/2 lb. fried sausage, drained
    1 tsp. salt
    6 eggs, beaten
    1/2 lb. grated Velveeta cheese
    3 c. milk
    3/4 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Butter a 9 x 12-inch glass baking dish.
    Spread cubed bread in dish.
    Add sausage and cheese.
    Mix eggs, salt, dry mustard and milk; pour over mixture.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight. Uncover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
