Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
    1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 (10 1/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/2 c. margarine, softened
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 small onion, chopped (optional)
    1/2 c. (rounded) Ritz cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except cracker crumbs.
    Pour in lightly buttered 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Sprinkle crumbs on top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
