Chicken Liver Pate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion
    1 lb. chicken livers
    1/4 c. melted chicken fat
    2 hard-boiled eggs
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Saute onion and livers in chicken fat.
    Put sauteed onion and livers, seasonings, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and eggs in blender and blend until smooth.
    Makes 1 1/2 cups pate.
