Egg Custard - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs, separated
3 Tbsp. sugar
4 Tbsp. flour
3 Tbsp. margarine
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix sugar and flour together.
Add milk, butter, egg yolks and vanilla; mix well and cook over double boiler until thick.
Pour into baked pie shell; top with meringue.
Cook at 350\u00b0 .
Beat egg whites well until they form a peak.
Stir in 1 tablespoon sugar and place on top of custard mix in pie shell.
