Spring Rhubarb Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 to 1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1 lb. rhubarb, cut into 1-inch pieces (about 4 c.)
    1 Tbsp. water
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    1/3 c. milk
    1/4 c. chopped pecans
    1 tsp. shredded orange peel
Preparation
    Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
    Cut in the margarine and stir in the milk, pecans and orange peel.
    Drop biscuits on top of rhubarb mixture and bake in hot oven for about 25 minutes.
    Serve with cream or milk if desired.
    Makes 6 servings.
