Tourtiere(Pork Pie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground pork
    1 onion, chopped
    4 crushed soda crackers
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. dry thyme
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 apple, sliced thin
    1 double crust
Preparation
    Roll half pastry crust and fit in a 9-inch pie plate.
    Brown pork and onion, skim off excess fat and mix in soda crackers, water, apple and spices.
    Cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Fill pie plate.
    Cover with other half of pie crust.
    Cut holes in center of pie crust.
    Bake on center rack of oven for 35 to 40 minutes at 375\u00b0.
