Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. water
1 large egg
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 3/4 c. shortening
1 Tbsp. white or cider vinegar
Preparation

Sift together flour, sugar and salt.
Cut shortening into flour mixture until crumbly.
Beat separately water, vinegar and egg.
Add water, vinegar and egg mixture to flour mixture and stir until all ingredients are moistened and dough is formed.
