Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 c. self-rising cornmeal
1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 egg, beaten
1 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Melt butter in small cast-iron
skillet.
Stir together well the cornmeal, flour, egg and
buttermilk.
Add the melted butter, leaving a small amount of butter
in
bottom and along sides of skillet.
Pour mixture into
heated
skillet and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Serve immediately.
