Leg Of Lamb With Cucumber Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. leg of lamb
    dried dill weed
    slivers of garlic
    1/2 c. mint jelly
    1/2 c. chopped cucumber
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. dried dill weed
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 beef bouillon cube in 1 c. water
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. lamb drippings
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Cut slits in lamb and insert dill and garlic slivers.
    Roast for 2 1/2 hours or 30 minutes per pound. Brush mint jelly over meat the last 10 minutes of roasting time. Remove meat from oven to rest.
