Chocolate Fudge Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. plus 1 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
    3 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. white corn syrup
    1 stick margarine or butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cook
    sugar,
    cocoa, milk and syrup to soft ball stage. Add butter
    and cook 1 minute.
    Add vanilla; beat until right consistency
    to
    spread.
    If
    you like, add one cup of chopped nuts.
