Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 round steak
    2 1/2 c. water
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    1 onion
    1 bell pepper
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/3 to 1/2 c. soy sauce
    butter
Preparation
    Cut round steak in strips, brown in butter (low to medium heat).
    Add 2 cups of water and beef bouillon cubes.
    Slice onion and pepper and mix with steak.
