Horse Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    horseradish
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 pkg. thin sliced corned beef
Preparation
    Cream cream cheese and horseradish together.
    It is up to on the amount of horseradish to use (up to 1 tablespoon).
    Spread mixture on corned beef and roll up.
    Freeze and then cut in 1/2-inch rounds.
    Serve.
    Can make ahead and freeze.
    Ready when needed.
