Potato Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. mashed potatoes
5 c. all-purpose flour (approximately)
1 pkg. active dry yeast
1 c. milk
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
Preparation

Prepare potatoes and set aside.
In a large bowl, mix well 2 cups sifted flour and yeast.
Mix potatoes with remaining flour.
