Impossible Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
2 Tbsp. oleo
2 eggs
1 (18 oz.) can pumpkin
1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease pie plate (9-inch).
Beat all ingredients until smooth for 2 minutes with mixer.
Pour into pie plate.
Bake for 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Top with whip cream.
