Pineapple Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 small onion, chopped fine or dry onion flakes
1/2 medium green pepper, chopped fine
4 stalks celery, chopped fine
1/2 c. chopped pecans
parsley, chopped
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients; mix well.
Form into a ball. Chill overnight.
Roll cheese ball in pecans and parsley.
