Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. pork sausage
    1/4 c. diced mushroom stems
    1 box sausage stuffing (Stove Top)
    1/4 c. diced onions
    sliced white cheese
    mushrooms (medium to large)
Preparation
    Mix stuffing according to box. Brown sausage.
    Saute onions and mushroom stems in some of the sausage drippings.
    Combine together.
    Fill mushroom caps; top with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 10 minutes.
