Butter Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. butter
3 c. sifted confectioners sugar
3 Tbsp. light cream
1 egg yolk, beaten
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation

In a bowl, combine butter and sugar.
Blend in egg yolk.
Stir in cream and vanilla.
Beat until smooth.
Yields 2 cups.
