Wing'S Famous Popcorn Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 c. popped popcorn
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. water
    1/3 c. molasses
    1/4 c. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In a large pot or bowl, butter bottom and sides.
    Pour in popped popcorn.
    Over medium heat cook sugar, water, molasses, butter, salt and vanilla.
    Bring to boil, stirring occasionally. To test if it is done, pour some cold water in a small bowl; pour a tablespoon of molasses mixture.
    If you can pick it up in a ball, it's ready to be poured over popcorn.
    Mix well.
    Cool slightly and form into balls.
