Thomasson Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    1 can tomato soup
    2 to 4 carrots, sliced thin
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained and sliced
    2 to 3 potatoes, sliced thin
    1 medium onion, sliced thin
Preparation
    In skillet (with little oil or sprayed with cooking oil), brown chops on both sides (about 10 minutes).
    Add soup, about 1 can of water, carrots, potatoes, mushrooms and onion.
    Cover and cook over low heat about 20 minutes or until vegetables are cooked.
