Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. (about 2 lb.) cooked squash, mashed
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together; pour into greased casserole. Place in pan of water in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour. Top with grated cheese last 10 minutes.
