Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. scalded milk
    1 yeast cake, dissolved in 1/4 c. warm water plus 1 tsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/3 c. Mazola oil
    5 c. flour
Preparation
    Scald milk, then cool.
    Add sugar, salt, oil, eggs and yeast. Last, add flour.
    Mix well.
    Cover and let rise until doubled in size.
    Punch down and let rise again.
    Work bread dough well with hands; divide into 24 pieces.
    With Crisco on hands, shape into individual pieces.
    Place onto well-greased pan.
    Cover.
    Let dough rise to double in size.
    Bake 25 minutes in 375\u00b0 oven.
