Easy Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 (8 oz.) pkg. mild sausage
5 to 6 medium potatoes, sliced
1 can mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Brown together ground beef and sausage; drain.
Place potatoes in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle meat/sausage mixture over the top.
Mix together the soup, cheese, salt, pepper and 1 can water; pour over potato-meat mixture.
Bake for 45 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
Sprinkle with extra cheese, if you desire, while still hot.
Serves 4 to 6.
